I booked this room through booking at 11pm. I made sure to look at the check in/check out times. It said check out begins at 3pm, and check out was at 12pm. I finished booking and shortly after received an email saying that we could only check in until 12am. This was an issue because we were driving from Harrisburg and expected to be there around 2am. I called the property and spoke to a gentleman (I really wish I could remember his name). He advised that the night time audit was at 12am and that's why we needed to be checked in prior. He was very helpful on the phone and was going to try to help us, but then after calling someone to help him, he was advised to tell me to call booking to let them know what was going on. I called booking to see what we could do, but shortly after the call, I received a message stating that we would have to just go to the property and hopefully they could accommodate us when we arrived. We arrived at the property around 2:15am and the same gentleman was at the front desk. He said that he got it to work and had our room keys ready to go. He was very nice and extremely helpful! We got to our room, and the room was VERY clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay! Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful/Modern decor, crisp, clean and welcoming. Front desk area was open and pleasing to the eye, a peek into what’s coming. Very cool selection of snacks, drinks and adult beverages. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful, Deb was my fav but every single Hampton Inn employee I came upon was wonderful.!Breakfast nook/dining area was great and breakfast was scrumptious. Not the typical cereal, oatmeal and stale pastries, they had omelets, sausage, waffles and more! Our room smelled amazing, as strange as that sounds, not a chemical cleaning smell either, just smelled soo good and the room was super cozy. Very clean, beds comfy, only piece of dust to be seen was on the lamp and only OCD me could find that. The outdoor area and pool was perfection, crystal clear and perfectly maintained. Ohhhh, and the pool was heated!! Awesome fire pit relaxation area and sparkling pool, just the cherry on top! 100% our staycation getaway from now on!!

I just thought this was the cutest / convenient hotel / room for my short one night stay in Greensburg. it was perfect for what I was looking for for a quick overnighter. It felt very homy to me and the room rate was reasonable, and I also loved that my room was on the first floor just a short walk down the hall from the entrance so not too far a walk for my typical overpacking for a night. :) the front desk gal, Debbi, was so super sweet to me and very helpful as well. They were even able to accommodate me with an early check in and a late check out with absolutely no issue at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kerri K (Harrisburg, PA)
